Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States only.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping time, and delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking confirmation email.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, holidays, supply chain disruptions, or other events beyond our control.

Please make sure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. NutroBlaze is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Orders marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier are considered delivered for purposes of this policy. NutroBlaze is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after carrier-confirmed delivery.

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents and contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@nutroblaze.com.

Refund Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in this policy. Due to the consumable nature of our food products, we do not accept physical returns once an order has been delivered, for safety and quality control reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@nutroblaze.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, NutroBlaze may issue a replacement, partial refund, or full refund at our discretion. Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery may not be eligible for review.

We do not provide refunds or replacements for:

• Taste preference or personal dislike
• Buyer’s remorse
• Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
• Orders marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier
• Failure to retrieve packages
• Shipping delays beyond our control

If you are enrolled in a subscription, you may cancel future shipments through your account portal. Cancellation must occur at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing time to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.

Subscription discounts or promotional pricing may be conditioned on maintaining an active subscription. NutroBlaze reserves the right to adjust promotional eligibility or restrict future subscriptions in cases of suspected abuse.

NutroBlaze reserves the right to deny refund or replacement requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, excessive refund history, or violation of our Terms of Service.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to post the refund.

Orders placed through third-party marketplaces or retail locations are subject to the return policies of those sellers.

Before initiating a chargeback, we encourage you to contact us first at support@nutroblaze.com so we can review and attempt to resolve the issue.
