These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.nutroblaze.com the “Website”, and any purchase of products from Aryom Venture LLC (“NutroBlaze,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or purchase our products.

These Terms include important information about purchases, subscriptions, refunds, disclaimers, limitations of liability, arbitration, and class action waiver provisions.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you acknowledge the updated Terms.

Eligibility

You represent that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

Privacy

Your use of the Website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse the Website or engage in unlawful conduct.

Prohibited conduct includes fraudulent transactions, bypassing payment systems, introducing malicious code, scraping data, reverse engineering the Website, submitting false information, harassment, or violating applicable laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Website at our discretion if we believe these Terms have been violated.

Products for Personal Use Only

Products are sold for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized resale is prohibited.

We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders that appear to be placed for resale, distribution, fraud, or misuse of promotions.

Health Disclaimer; Food Product Notice

NutroBlaze products are food products. You are responsible for reviewing all ingredient lists, allergen information, and product details before purchasing or consuming our products.

If you have food allergies, sensitivities, dietary restrictions, medical conditions, or questions about whether a product is appropriate for you, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before consuming.

Statements on the Website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. NutroBlaze products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results may vary.

Product Information; Errors

We attempt to provide accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, ingredients, and availability information. However, errors may occur.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, modify product details, or cancel orders if information is inaccurate, including after an order has been submitted.

Order Acceptance

Receiving an order confirmation does not mean your order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory limitations, payment issues, or misuse of promotions.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Payment Terms

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all billing information is accurate.

We may use third-party payment processors and account updater services to process payments and maintain current billing information.

If there is a billing issue, failed payment, chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at support@nutroblaze.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts, deny future purchases, or pursue recovery of amounts owed in cases of fraud, abuse, unresolved payment disputes, or improper chargebacks.

Subscriptions; Automatic Renewal; Cancellation

NutroBlaze offers subscription purchasing options powered by Appstle.

When you enroll in a subscription, you authorize recurring automatic charges to your selected payment method at the frequency chosen at checkout. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled.

You may manage, modify, skip, pause, or cancel your subscription through your customer account portal.

To avoid being charged for the next scheduled order, cancellation must occur at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing time displayed in your account portal. If cancellation occurs after that time, the next order may still process.

If a subscription payment fails, we may retry billing and contact you for updated payment information.

By completing a subscription purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the automatic renewal terms disclosed at checkout.

Subscription discounts or promotional pricing may be conditioned on maintaining an active subscription. NutroBlaze reserves the right to adjust pricing, deny promotional eligibility, or restrict future subscriptions in cases of suspected abuse.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Accurate shipping information is required at checkout.

NutroBlaze is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Orders marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier are considered delivered for purposes of these Terms. NutroBlaze is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after carrier-confirmed delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, supply chain disruptions, governmental actions, holidays, or other events beyond our control.

Refund Policy: No Returns

Because we sell consumable food products, we do not accept physical returns once an order has been delivered, for safety and quality control reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@nutroblaze.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging, where applicable

If approved, NutroBlaze may provide a replacement, partial refund, or full refund at our discretion.

Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery may not be eligible for review.

We do not provide refunds or replacements for:

• Taste preference or personal dislike
• Buyer’s remorse
• Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
• Orders marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier
• Failure to retrieve packages
• Shipping delays beyond our control

NutroBlaze reserves the right to deny refund or replacement requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, excessive refund history, or violation of these Terms.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to post the refund.

Promotions

Promotions, discounts, free shipping offers, and discount codes are subject to the terms stated at the time of the offer.

Promotions may not be combined unless expressly stated.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate promotions at any time. We may also deny promotional eligibility in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse.

User Submissions

If you submit reviews, testimonials, comments, images, videos, social media posts, or other content to NutroBlaze, you grant NutroBlaze a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works from such content for marketing, advertising, social media, Website, product, and other lawful business purposes.

You represent that your submissions are truthful, based on your honest experience, and do not infringe the rights of any third party.

We reserve the right to edit, remove, or decline to publish user submissions at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All Website content, including text, graphics, logos, product names, product descriptions, images, designs, videos, trademarks, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to NutroBlaze and protected by intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Website and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

NutroBlaze does not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NutroBlaze and its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or any product shall not exceed the greater of:

• The amount paid by you for the product at issue during the three months before the claim; or
• $100

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

Force Majeure

NutroBlaze is not liable for delays or failures to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, labor disputes, governmental actions, pandemics, power outages, or other events beyond our control.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NutroBlaze, Aryom Venture LLC, and their affiliates, owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Website, violation of applicable law, or infringement of third-party rights.

Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to contact us at support@nutroblaze.com and allow 30 days for us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms, the Website, or any purchase from NutroBlaze will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules and governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.

You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and waive participation in class actions, class arbitrations, collective actions, or representative proceedings.

You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of your first purchase by sending written notice to:

Your notice must include your name, the email address used for your order, your order number if available, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles, except that the arbitration provision is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping & Refund Policy, and any other policies referenced on the Website, constitute the entire agreement between you and NutroBlaze regarding your use of the Website and purchase of our products.
